Salams to all my brothers and sisters. Believe it or not, this will have been the first blog that I have ever written. I was never really interested in reading others daily thoughts and things like that until I found this site. Now there seems to be blogs actually worth reading. But anyway.....I'm going to give it a shot, just bare with me lol. Since shahada just a few months ago, my life has drastically changed. I have looked back to see where I was and compared that to where I am today and it is just amazing to me. I wake up in the morning with a certain level of excitement and eagerness to start the day and see what more I will learn. Allah's guidance has allowed me to better myself greatly and continue to do so. My whole attitude has changed and I feel like such a better person for it and happy. I don't think I can honestly say that I was truely happy for probably more than 10 years until recently. Now, I am almost always happy. It is very hard to put in words, the feelings and changes that have taken place within me over these past few months, but I do know that it has been an amazing experience. Well, I am going to end this here. I am hoping to update this thing with new experiences and with things that I learn on my path.
