I begin in the name of Allah."HAPPY HALLAWEEN"

Assalamu aliakum warahamtuallahi talal wabarkt iqhwani fil ALLAH.

I begin in the name of Allah. All verbal praises are for allah. all physical worship is for Allah. All purities in worship are for ALLAH. Peace be upon the prophet and the mercy of ALLAH and his blessings. Peace be upon us and all the righteous servant of ALLAh. i have borne witness that none is worthy of worship besides Allah, and i bear witness that muhammad is his bondsoman and his mssenger.

with that being said, dear brothers and sister in islam, hollaween? what does it mean to us?..yes at work we return the phrase of "happy hollaween" but do we really no wat it means, whats its purpose? this week while i was at work, ther was a basket full of CANDIES,..i love candies!! so i went back and forth in between my patients and grabbed hand of full of candies, so the entire day i was eating the candies and didn't even no what it was for..yes some of us do it unintentionally but how abt those muslims who acually participate in this EVIL DAY. i usually keep quiet and don't reply wen my co workers say happ..} or i would tell them sorry i don't celebrate hollween. i see muslim candies bring home bag full of candies frm school and YET don't even noe why all of a suden they are getting free candies!..

subhnallah we need to educate our kids and those uneducated adults abt stuff like this so next wen they are given a free candie or a happy hollaween greetings, they can say no thanx WE ONLY CELEBRATE THE PRAISES OF OUR LORD, ALLAH. and wen chrismas comes and they are told marry chrismas, THEY REPLE WITH A POSITIVE REPLIES AND SAY WE ONLLY WORSHIP ALLAH TALLA.

INSHALLAH I'LL WRITE MORE LATTER ON, I KNOW LEAVE YOU IN THE CARE OF ALLAH MOST HIGH. MAY ALLAH SAVE US FRM THE TEMPTATION OF SHYTAN AND GUIDE US TO SERATULMUSTAQEEM!.. AMEN YA!!

Assalamualaikum,yes really sadly even here in Indonesia some muslims celebrate this day, they have like special event in some place.. Naudhibillah.. and btw also freaking Valentines Day.. :| when in February all magazine talking about Valentines.. :sighs:

jzaki allah khair sis inshallah08 for this important topic and thanks sis Hijabi_Aisha for ur good comment wallah i like it ( there are some muslims that celebrate this day and have no idea about the ture meaning of it,....and that is the same for non muslims celebrating it and having no idea what it means )( Even before I reverted to Islam I refused my children to celebrate in this evil holiday )

Assalamu alaykumSadly yes there are some muslims that celebrate this day and have no idea about the ture meaning of it,....and that is the same for non muslims celebrating it and having no idea what it means.I refuse to celebrate a day that started by human sacrifices (mainly virgin girls around the age of 12 or 13 years) and were burned alive in order for them to get a good harvest of vegetables to their pagan gods. Cos that is how it all started.Even before I reverted to Islam I refused my children to celebrate in this evil holiday.
