IN LIGHT OF THE AYAH BELOW, WHY DO SO MANY OF US STILL FEEL THAT IT IS STILL OKAY TO CLAIM A SECT WHEN IDENTIFYING OURSELVES? IS IT OKAY FOR A MUSLIM TO LIVE A LIFE IN DIRECT OPPOSITION TO WHAT IS SAID IN THE QUR'AN, OR IS IT THAT WE JUST HAVE NEVER PAID ATTENTION TO WHAT GOD HAS COMMANDED?

YUSUFALI: As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did.
