Do we notice the messeges sent to us?

 Avian influenza, swine flu, foot and mouth,Yersinia pistes,Cancer ,aids,and what else,
do we notice the signs of that to the earth . does Allah swt wants to tell us something .
One time the prophet pbuh was setting amongst the companion , then he noticed an earth quick, so he put his noble hand on the land tell it calmed down and then he looked at the companion and said, be straight .( go straight ) stop making sins. be piety .
