I'm kinda really pissed that the guy working on my neighbors house has had gospel music blasting 24/7 for two weeks straight (literally).

Lol...yea the thought of doing something like that crossed my mind...but it would be pointless because the guy working on the house isn't even there right now. i seriously think he just keeps the stereo on to be facetious. Right now i'm leaning more towards leaving an ignorant letter on the door because it's 2 a.m and this is ridiculous
