TELL ME WHY!?!

Tell me why

Governments are lighting up the sky

With the bombs and the missiles,leaving innocents to die

Can they even see the tears in an orphan child's eye

When he cries all alone with no parents left alive

Or the grief and the killing in Iraq and Palestine

Where human beings without food or water are left deprived

They're battling tanks and mortars with just mere stones to fight

I wont lie im muslim but i know terrorism isnt right

So tell me why brothers take on the task of suicide

When you know its frowned upon in the Almighty's eyes

By all means self-sacrifice,by what is right in Allahs sight

Defending Iman, your brothers,sisters and wives

Not dropping planes,or innocent peoples lives

Tell me why theres so much pain

Brought by plagues,killerwaves,earthquakes and hurricanes

Radioactive airwaves that create cancer to the brain

Psychiatrists claim that prozac wont make you insane

It makes you worse,some just care about the money gain

Half the reason,people get slain

Is because of all the drugs,they're pumping in their veins

Tell me why so many hearts are covered in evil stains

Why some people are so vain and have no shame

Tell me why theres so much road rage

People getting crazed,every single day

Because someone overtakes on the left by mistake

Or was too late to hit the brakes

Before you know it out comes the blade

One man ends up getting slayed

The other spends the rest of his days up in a cage

I get down on my knees and pray

To God that is great

Help us mend our ways

To bring us to a path that is straight

And save us from being led astray
