Allah swt said
1 - Al-Mu'minûn [23:5] Recite Verse
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ
Who abstain from sex;
3 - Al-Mu'minûn [23:6] Recite Verse
إِلا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ
1 - Al-Mu'minûn [23:7] Recite Verse
فَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ
But those whose desires exceed those limits are transgressors,
and said
Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess, for (in their case) they are free from blame,
2 - Al-Ma'ârij [70:29] Recite Verse
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ
And those who guard their chastity,
