So I wanted to open this week's blog with a quote, and Dawud Wharnsby's songs are real
gems in this respect. Picnics and Sunshine is good , too (Kareem Salama's song), but winter is ahead, it doesnt console me much ("Winter is fine too, but I love those summer days")... Winter! I better sing a tune in the lines of "Snowmans and Whirlwinds" :)

Yesternight I was sitting at the living room by the fireplace and my roommate gave me the news from his compy: Israel attacked Gazza. not again. Please. I couldnt grasp it at first, but hearing the number of people who died in the attacks brought me back to reality. Our prayers  (should) go to those who are inflicted in this unjust war. May the Creator give them patience, perseverance and guidance.

We are a big family, the human family on this ship called Earth, secondly, we are a family in faith, brothers and sisters, thus, we should be able to feel with one another, and each of us should try to do his / her best to help those in need.

Let there be Love and Peace once again in our hearts and minds.
