can we build? can we share? can we grow together?

can we strive? can we walk the correct path together?

can we talk? can we whisper? can we struggle? can we cuddle together?

can we aspire? can we dream? can we attain together?

can we seek knowledge? can we teach each other? 

can we seek tranquility with each other?

can we be a fresh breathe of air for each other?

can u be my tilt, my cover, my bint ,my rib, im decreed to be with?

can i see u? can we see each other?

u still just a blur can we meet each other?

can u see i think analytically not irrationally?

can u see the intelligence im blessed with?

minus a college degree

or must i change my vernacular and expand my vocabulary till i sound like a walking dictionary

whats more important that my deen and character are saeed?

or that my wallet is overflowing with green?

if i said i made good money but give most of it away ?

would u say im crazzzzzzy?

whats more important? 

that i strive to be mukmeen with all my deficiencies, or that i chase dunia dreams?

can i tell as a believer i feel im in shackles and its hard to breathe?

would u make fun of me or comfort me ?

can u understand how i yearn to make it to the land of those that believe?

would u fight me or follow me over seas?

if i was passive and ignored most of your faults, would u think i was weak and try and take advantage of me?

if i bought u flowers and gifts and approached u on a kind footen would that spoil u rotten?:) and make u get laxed in your deen?:(

if i told u my love for u was for the sake of Allah would u understand what i mean?

if i spoke calmly with hard words would u say i was verbally abusive? 

these are just some things i would like to know so when we meet i know that u are the one

 can u laugh with me ?

or can i be to silly ?
