people do forget Allah, and concern themselves with the dunya. These are stupid alternatives to Kitab Allah, but people get burned out from reading just "the books of god"
you dont need movies ... fiction ... therapy ... a vacation ... alcohol ... an anti depressant to inspire you all u need is God. Inspire urself with his words inspire urself with remembering Him
Who said that?I don't have patience for fiction, movies, music, waste of time. I wish there were some intelligent muslim fiction though, that spoke to me, and made me think (and not some stupid terrorist political thriller or whatever, something about the soul of a muslim). But I'll probably have to write the books I want to read, because I haven't seen them.
